I'm Andrae Calderon — a veteran turned Illinois licensed real estate broker (REALTOR®) and AI consultant. My work is a mix of two callings I care about deeply: helping families find home, and helping small businesses find leverage.
I served in the military, spent years in sales, and eventually found my way into real estate and technology — two fields that at first glance don't seem related, until you look at the common thread: helping people make big decisions with confidence.
On the real estate side, I represent buyers and sellers across Illinois. On the technology side, I help local businesses put AI to work — receptionists that never miss a call, chatbots that qualify leads while you sleep, CRMs that actually get used. The tools change; the standard doesn't.
